DVDL is working with the Jessie Ball duPont Fund to create a robust Activation Plan for the  Jacksonville,  Florida river waterfronts. The plan will help activate the waterfronts and connect them to the Downtown neighborhoods and communities, as well as to Greater  Jacksonville, through programs that combine culture, mental and physical well-being, and public space. In close collaboration with the foundation and key local partners, DVDL is developing these multidisciplinary schemes through stakeholder and community engagement, benchmarking, and cultural forecasting.
