In collaboration with team lead Amy Kaufman, Cultural Planning, DVDL contributed to the creation of a vision plan for Gov­er­nors Island, a 172-acre island in the heart of New York Harbor with his­toric build­ings, edu­ca­tion­al facil­i­ties, and a vibrant art and cul­ture pro­gram. The process for the creation of the public art plan included consideration of case studies, curatorial reflections, models for commissioning and loans, as well as curatorial criteria and selections.
